When: Saturday, October 4, 2025
Where: Greystone Brew House – 303 Golf Club Ave, Dillsburg, PA
- Amount of chili should be enough for 250-300 guests, 2 oz. samples.
- All paper goods will be provided by us – 3 oz. soup bowls, soup spoons, beverage napkins., plus water.
- Please provide all means of maintaining and serving your chili. No electric will be provided. Burners can be used, but you need to supply them.
- Individuals will be roadside at 12:15 pm to assist you in unloading.
- Unloading starts at 12:15 pm, since we need to be ready to serve all attendees by 1:00 pm. Doors open at 1:00 pm, and the event is held rain or shine.
- Professional and Amateur categories are available this year.
- Voting will be done by “People’s Choice” with 2 tickets being given at the door and voting tins at the tables.
- Winner for each category will receive an award.
- Voting will end at 3:45 p.m., votes counted, and winner announced by 4:00 p.m. Event ends at 4:00 p.m. with closing remarks.
- Leftover chili can be sold after 3:45 p.m. for the foundation at $5.00 per quart (quart containers provided).
- Each participant will receive two complementary tickets for the cookoff.
